Welcome to our house - Seaview Villa  

This 3-story villa offers luxury accommodation for up to 6 people, along with sea, harbour and mountain views from it's 3 balconies.  

Ground Floor - The ground floor offers a main double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a secluded patio, and a garden with tables and chairs for atmospheric dining. The ground floor also has a twin bedded room and a house bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet. 

First Floor - The first floor provides a fully furnished and open-space kitchen and living area, and includes amentieis such as a microwave, dishwasher, stove, fridge and freezer, along with wifi and a smart TV with access to Amazon, Netflix and Disney via your personal logins. The house also contains a DVD player, a DVD and book library and a smart speaker for all your music. Along with these amenities, this area also has a sofa which can be extended into a double sofa bed.

Also located on the first floor is 2 balconys. One is a a large wrap around balcony with views to the sea and harbour of Makrigialos. On the other side of the lounge/kitchen area is the other balcony, offering views of the mountains and the pool area. 

Second Floor - Located on the 2nd floor of the house, you will find a secluded roof terrace with sunloungers, offering stunning views of the sea, harbour and Makrygialos town, along with amenities such as a washing machine and storage cupboards. 

All rooms are fitted out to a very high standard and the main rooms are air-conditioned. Bedlinen, towels and beach towels are provided for all guests.  A mid week clean, change of bedding and/or towels, is available on request for a small charge, paid locally, please speak to our site manager.

•  Laundry: All bedding provided, towels provided, including beach towels for guests. Change of linens weekly, mid week clean and change of linens can be arranged and paid locally at a fee of €50. The house also has a washing machine and drying racks/clothes horses.
•  Outside: 2 first floor balconies, one wrap-around balcony facing the sea, and one pool facing balcony, along with a roof terrace on the second floor with excellent sea-views and a ground-floor seaview patio off the main bedroom,shared swimming pool with outside shower, garden, parking.

For all rentals of one week or more the cleaning fee is included in the price.

Things to Know

A mid-week clean costs €50, if requested.

The key fob must be placed in the control panel in the kitchen/dining area to activate the air conditioning. For security purposes, the main door can only be opened from the outside with the key, so always remember to take it with you when you leave the villa.

Take care around the pool area as, in common with most pool areas, the tiles can become slippery when wet.

Please sign the visitor book before the end of your holiday. We are happy to receive recommendations of places to visit and eat and include them on this website. If there are any amenities/improvements you feel we could make to the house, please contact us on your return. We want to make your stay in our house as enjoyable as possible.
